If you want someone who can point you in the right direction to living a healthy life with realistic expectations, Edward is the person for you. He has personally help me by looking at my diet and showing me where i need to cut back and giving me good/tasty alternatives. He also treats each of his clients as his main priority. This guy is a super-star.
