HORRIBLE, they are actual thieves! They do not disclose that your property will be disposed of like trash and they do not disclose the time frame in which you have to retrieve said belongings. I'm not that my car got repoed, I am very aware of my situation. What I am mad about is that I was assured that I would get the picture of my deceased grandma back that was in my car. The lady on the phone said they are very thorough with getting stuff out of the vehicle. Not only did I not receive the picture of my deceased grandmother, they also didn't take my disability steering wheel knob off either.

I don't understand all the negative reviews here! They are great and very easy to work with, especially easy to speak with on the phone. Stacey was super helpful and sweet! It's not their fault we can't pay our bills, so show some respect to them! If my truck ever gets repoed again, I hope it's by them :)
