So many issues w them. Cust service closed after office hours. No department to reach in case of an urgent matter with own account. Not happy with their service at all
This was my first time using a credit union and ended up being much smoother than I anticipated. My loan officer Barbara was quick, super responsive, and very kind. She went above and beyond to help me through the whole process. At the Roselle branch I was pleasantly surprised at how adorable the inside was! This branch rocks! Thanks to Kim Barbara and Ciera for making me feel welcome. It's always nice to come into this branch and feel like iam home. The paper work was easy and they explain to you what you need to fill out to become a new member. They are patient and friendly and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable.
