I've been a patient with Advanced Eyecare for more than a decade. I've always felt that I was treated as family with respect and care. Recently, I have been seen for more concerns and new eyeglasses. As always, I have been very happy with all of my care. Thank you, Advanced Eyecare team!
Optomistric is great. Thorough exam. Takes time to explain and show you what tests show. I will not go to anyone but Heid.
They rescheduled my appointment less than 24 hours before a 9:30am appointment. They left a VM but no follow-up. No reason given for the change. Also failed to inform me it was scheduled as a telehealth appointment. The most unprofessional medical office I've experienced in a long time. I will drive an hour for a more professional eye doctor.
