They have good pricing on ergonomic chairs, and I was able to find the tCentric Hybrid Multi-Tilt chair I was looking for with a better price and faster delivery. I actually haven't received mine yet, but I called in to ask about tracking information, and they picked up on the first ring and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. This shouldn't be out of the ordinary, but these days it is. I was trying to save my organization money by trying to repair one of our higher end desk chairs instead of replacing it. Unsure if I had found the right part on their website, I emailed Advanced Ergonomic Concepts for assistance. Laurie was quick to respond, and even reached out to the manufacturer to verify whether or not my chair was under warranty! Pricing was fair, and shipping extremely fast. I can not recommend Advanced Ergonomic Concepts enough!
