After they merged with ESI, all the former service technicians left and their customer service is horrible. They have no parts inventory, their people are stretched too thin and they bill for repeated attempts to fix the same things. A recent call after 6 weeks of trying to correct a system issue resulted in the whole sound system crashing during an update. Now it has been pulled out and had to be sent back to the manufacturer. I am very disappointed.
