Very slow getting hearing aids and when they finally arrived (after more than 3 months) , they are NOT what we ordered.
Not very happy with the service I have received.. as of today I am still waiting for my hearing aids.. I have been waiting since the 27th of November and was told it would be around 2 weeks to recieve them.. when i called about them I didn't get a call back so called again only to be told it was my fault for not giving my results from hearing test when in fact I did and they didn't check their mailbox for them.. all in all .. it's January 15th and still waiting
Very professional very friendly.
They were very nice to call me right back, thank you very much., they don't take my Medicare at this time., its ok though, they helped.
