Iam too much disappointed with this company. Company need to give one more month training to front desk lady and Derek, I don't know who is Derek but my appointment is at 8:30 am , that front desk lady call to Derek .and both lier told me to call me and took my number but, they call me at the end of the day around 2:00pm and completed unloading around 4 pm and bad things is I didn't get next load .broker canceled my next pickup due to tham and i have to pay fine to broker . so , I request all driver please be careful .
Truckers stay away. They do not care about your time, if you have an appointment you can still expect to wait 4 hours after it.
