I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, Rhi, who made me feel comfortable. She had an in depth discussion on what results to expect and of any side effects that were highly improbable. Georgia, my clinician was bright and friendly as well. She explained what the process would feel like and what steps she would take so I wasn’t in for anything unexpected. I was so impressed by the level of care by Rhiannon and the team. They went through all of my concerns carefully and provided a package to suit me and also within my budget.
