I consulted with Rhi and Gen to ask specifically about UltraTherma and it turned out to be something I was interested in. Both were professional throughout, informed me of how the procedure could be uncomfortable and Gen supported me through it all the way. The results were fairly immediate and I was quite happy! Initially went to this clinic for sweat treatment injections which I have had before and worked perfectly. i had been talked into getting RF treatment as they said it would be a more permanent result, after multiple extremely painful sessions, $1700 later there had been absolutely no changes to my symptoms whatsoever. I understand it very much differs to the individual but to be convinced to try this treatment and for it to not work is quite frustrating. Very very disappointed.
