Horrible disrespectful company, deserves 0 business
We been with ADS for about 20 years and had nothing but a great experience. Service is always quick we never wait long for a call back when there’s an issue . Staff is very helpful and professional and someone always calls every so often to check up on any issues we might have in regards to service . I would recommend ADS to anyone.
We purchased a perpetual license for Medics Premier by ADS about six years ago. Their online help documentation is not up to date, meaning if we want to learn about new features, we have to pay them for training. The scheduling module is extremely click heavy and overcomplicated. I've given up using IT support because it's based overseas. The overseas staff is polite, but we have a hard time understanding each other, leading to a waste of both of our time. Occasionally there is an issue IT staff is unprepared to help with. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have to say that ADS is a great program to work with. The support staff is very helpful. I would recommend ADS to all of my colleagues.
