Fantastic experience here! The staff was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my needs. It’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I will be returning for future cycling needs due to this initial interaction.
Highly recommend! 6 stars! Professional, intelligent, kind, honest! I could go on and on! I brought in a bike that I thought needed lots of work for the pedal crank, Laz said this wasn't tightened enough at the factory. All he need to do is tighten the nut (which Laz quickly did). I could have left it with Laz, and if he would have charged me $40 I would have paid it! Laz fixed it in 30 seconds! Great guy!

These guys are the best knowledgeable they do things right awesome service. If you need a bike or repair go here. The owner and employers go out of their way to make you happy. Reminds of how businesses use to be that personal touch and build happy relationships and customers.
I am new to road cycling and recently fell in love with the sport. I cannot be more grateful to have come across advanced cycles, specifically Laz who helped me purchase my first bike. Not only am i in love with my bike, but the support that both Laz and Sammie have shown me has been incredible.
