I have had a beneficial experience here at Advanced Care Physical Therapy- Wheatfield. Receptionist Robin is always welcoming and most helpful with scheduling and the payment process. Physical Therapist Tom is very knowledgeable and came up with an appropriate program to help me solve the issues with my neck. I was very impressed by the workers at therapy. Especially a big shout out to Robin at front desk with setting your appts to your schedule and for Tom who made me feel so much better. I now have better movement plus a lot of good memories but not of riding that bike! I would recommend this therapy place 100 per cent! Thanks for everything!
Most physical therapy places I’ve been to give you a task and then walk away and chat with each other. You basically have to wave them down to tell them you’re done. Not this place. The one on one attention you get is unbelievable after you’ve been elsewhere! Tom was my PT and he did an amazing job of getting me through my back pain. I’m forever grateful to be pain-free. The front desk girl is amazing at keeping me on track with my appointments as I have such a crazy schedule. I will always recommend this office to people!
Excellent care and great people
Bazel at the Wheatfield location has done a super job in helping me regain full use of my knee after surgery needed from being hit by a car as a pedestrian. His initial exam was very thorough and revealing. His treatment plan including exercises done at site and those done at home has produced great results. Bazel has been consistently professional, caring and compassionate.
