Sad that i have to write this post as I have always had great experiences at this salon. I work away so booked my appointment for my first hydro facial on line with a specific therapists as ive had mates have great results with her . Get a phone call that my appointment has to be pushed back 15 minutes - not a problem , get to the salon and taken to the treatment room , had to ask the therapist her name , not the therapist i requested , I said i specifically asked for Bec , she said say she had gone home sick , no problem - ... read more
Amazing service. Masseuse did everything I asked, nothing too heavy or hard. It was a soothing experience and she even gave me information regarding other services that may be beneficial for my wellbeing. Totally recommend 🥰 I will be attending again in future.
IF I could give it a zero and the option to NOT recommend this place, I would. This place is a scam! They offer a "free" diagnosis but then at the end of it, completely pressure you (Katy the owner) into forking out $600+ on a whole new skin care routine! Worse, that's not even including the ACTUAL treatments! Better save yourself the money from this place and just go to the laser clinics at the shopping centres that still do a REALLY good job. Started seeing Katy for my pigmentation in October and am so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and more importantly the results! She was so invested in my skin journey and I can say my skin has never looked this good! The staff are also very welcoming.
