I was very disappointed with my treatment. I arrived on time the computer and internet were down. I was given a form to fill out even though I had been to the salon before. My 60 min treatment was cut short to 50 and I was told this was because I was late and had to use my massage time to fill out a form because I had not been to the salon before. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage done by therapist Alex. It was really really good - firm pressure which is what I wanted. Her professional and courteous demeanour from the time I stepped into the clinic to the time I left was admirable. Thank you Alex !
Sad that i have to write this post as I have always had great experiences at this salon. I work away so booked my appointment for my first hydro facial on line with a specific therapists as ive had mates have great results with her . Get a phone call that my appointment has to be pushed back 15 minutes - not a problem , get to the salon and taken to the treatment room , had to ask the therapist her name , not the therapist i requested , I said i specifically asked for Bec , she said say she had gone home sick , no problem - ... read more
IF I could give it a zero and the option to NOT recommend this place, I would. This place is a scam! They offer a "free" diagnosis but then at the end of it, completely pressure you (Katy the owner) into forking out $600+ on a whole new skin care routine! Worse, that's not even including the ACTUAL treatments! Better save yourself the money from this place and just go to the laser clinics at the shopping centres that still do a REALLY good job.
