When I first got my cochlears in 2012, this company was so good. I have NO idea what happened to their customer service representatives because this year they have really failed. For patients who suffer from hearing loss, customer service needs to respond to emails. Sending emails and no response in over 5 days is just not right for someone who has a faulty product. Thanks
