I only ever take my car here. I refuse to go anywhere else. It’s not the “let’s figure out how to get the most money” kind of place. It’s the “we want to and we’re GOING to help you” kind.
I have been coming to Kevin and his team here for over a year now, through two different cars, and every time the service exceeds expectations. I trust Advanced Automotive to tell me what is actually happening with my car and the best course of action to make sure we get everything taken care of. I really appreciate the team here and will continue to exclusively go to them for any and all of my car needs while I live in Virginia.
I had a bad experience at another shop, so I came to Advanced Automotive to get a second opinion. All I needed was a state inspection. I was told at another shop that I needed new struts and tires which would put me out about $2,500. So I came to Advanced Automotive to get their opinion. Clean,polite, timely and honest. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that is a pleasure of taking a vehicle in for maintenance and repairs.
