This company sent me a postcard to claim my "house warming gift" immediately after I closed on my house. I tossed the postcard. Then I received 3 calls at my office from them about claiming my gift. I don't know how they got my work number but definitely don't appreciate being tracked down at work by a company I didn't reach out to and have no interest in.

Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as Norma. My wife and I purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Advanced Aqua Solutions. Three and a half years later, one of the lines we paid to have professionally installed by AAS cracked, causing $4,000 worth of water damage in our kitchen. Clearly, the problem could be much worse, considering what Norma experienced, but so far, Martin (co-owner) has not been willing to help in any way. Ecowater negligently installed a water softener unit into our HVAC drain which froze during the winter causing backflow of water into our home. We had severe water damage costing $100,000 repairs and had to be out of our home for 3 weeks with our whole family. Repairs took over 3months. Ecowater could have easily connected the unit drain directly to the exterior of the house. When called about these issues they were dismissive and condescending.
