Do not let Kristen do your Botox. She either used too much (the most likely cause so that she could get more money) or injected too low on my brow leaving me with eyebrow droop. I also got my lips done and will say that I like them. However, it’s a bummer to hate my face for the next 3-6 weeks because of the shitty Botox. She didn’t even have me lay my head back when she injected so that should have been a sign. Lesson learned. I’ll never go back.
Dr. Balin provides excellent care and takes the time to ensure patients feel heard and well cared for. The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The office is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Balin and the entire team.
