Most of the people were nice, they're not bad to work with. I felt they weren't that knowledgeable. It as if they are working part time and were jack of all trades master of none. I went there a number of times because I live nearby. It was for the most part a waste of time & money!
I have had exceptional service from the desk staff and the doctors. They are knowledgeable about insurance and easily available by phone. Dr. Cooper Budden listens closely and has good intuition as well as medical skills. He changed my life because he listened deeply to my symptoms.
Most of the people are nice. They're not bad to work with. I just felt they weren't that knowledgeable.
