I reached out in advance to ask if they accept my insurance. They said yes. Called me the day before to confirm saying nothing different. I go in and they finally tell me it's out of my network. Peggy took zero responsibility over her telling me they accept my insurer and willing to do nothing to correct the issue other than say "it's your responsibility" crazyyyyyy bad experience. Most of the people were nice, they're not bad to work with. I felt they weren't that knowledgeable. It as if they are working part time and were jack of all trades master of none. I went there a number of times because I live nearby. It was for the most part a waste of time & money!
