Rude and disrespectful to customer Before you decide to spend your money here for tax and/or accounting services, beware. The customer service here is terrible and you may have the same treatment I had. Mrs. Maslan can be very rude, short tempered, and fly off the handle with rude comments or replies to email. She seems to be very emotional and run her business and treat her customers according to how her day is going. If you catch her on a good day it may be ok, but if it is a bad day watch out!
