They never showed up for my appointment. Website says they open at 7am, I arrive at 755 for 800 appt. Doors are locked. 801 someone lets me in, then disappears for 10 minutes. Finally asks about my appointment then tells me the person I’m here to see isn’t there and I nothing is scheduled in the system, despite exchanging several texts yesterday confirming the appointment today.
