Extremely poor service. I waited over a month for a regular mail letter with no updates in the system. I assumed it was lost and had the sender resend it via FedEx. Still, no updates. Every time I call, I’m told “we’ll update you soon,” but nothing happens. It feels like serious negligence. If there’s no resolution soon, I’ll escalate this further.
Had a virtual mailbox with them. They refused to open my mail for 2 or 3 months, which created financial problems since I needed to see letters from government agencies that impacted my student loans. I complained multiple times, about once a month. Every time, they said they would do it by the next business day. It never happened.
