I have a "virtual mailbox" at this location and they've refused to forward my mail for over 3 weeks now. they completely ignore me and usually even the company they work for when they reach out. i was promised they would finally get it shipped out yesterday...they charged my card $60 and STILL never bothered to send it. outright theft. i'll be contacting the authorities regarding this fraudulent operation.
