We are here to serve the community as well as nation-wide clients with our 20+ years of experience. We are open 7 days a week/24 hrs. a day with drop off services. Contact us with your questions. Extremely poor service. I waited over a month for a regular mail letter with no updates in the system. I assumed it was lost and had the sender resend it via FedEx. Still, no updates. Every time I call, I’m told “we’ll update you soon,” but nothing happens. It feels like serious negligence. If there’s no resolution soon, I’ll escalate this further.
Had a virtual mailbox with them. They refused to open my mail for 2 or 3 months, which created financial problems since I needed to see letters from government agencies that impacted my student loans. I complained multiple times, about once a month. Every time, they said they would do it by the next business day. It never happened. Went here for notary services after looking all over, this spot was so close to my home. Friendly professional and they offer many other services definitely a place I'll use in the future!!
