Excellent customer service from the counter team. I walked in thinking I needed a hose for a Delta faucet, and after less than a minute was told it looked more like a Moen faucet hose. He brought the new part out, opened a sealed bag,and checked it with the faulty hose I took off. It looked right, and I was able to install it in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
They were very helpful in finding the original part to the hot water cartridge for our bathroom sink. Quick service and when I called with a problem installing it, they gave me tips what to do.
Anthony came out the other day to help me out. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Anthony came out same day and fixed it.
