Grant Toeppen was an excellent probate attorney for our deceased brothers estate. He was able to eliminate a full probate proceeding saving us time and money. It turned out that our brothers estate was small enough to qualify for what is called a “Summary Probate” procedure through the court. As busy that most attorneys are with other clients he communicated with us in a timely matter when we needed his advice. I highly recommend Advance Planning. Grant was a pleasure to work with. He helped review my parent’s living trust and update it after my father passed away. He was a great listener and an excellent communicator. He was very patient and kind. He put my mom and our family at ease knowing that the trust and house deed are up to date.
