I honestly can’t recommend Caroline enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely listened to and understood. Being pregnant and in so much discomfort had really started to take its toll, but Caroline was incredible. Maeve was very thorough and gave me exercises to help with my shoulder pan and weakness. Maeve was professional and friendly and explained everything very well.
I had a total knee replacement in June 2025. I had 7 sessions of physio in the hospital and then was discharged. I continued to do the exercises I had been given but I was aware I was not improving. I contacted Tim in October and he assessed me and said there was so much more he could do for me. All my sessions were in the gym in the clinic and my exercise program was on PhysiApp which Tim updated after every session.
