Do not use this place! First thing is that when I come into the store, no one is there (not surprised). I present all the documents to the lady inside the glass window. There is another lady in the back sitting in a chair with her back to you (which is degrading by the way). If you have anything negative (past bankruptcy, telecheck, past payday loans, etc) they will find it and tell you that they cannot loan to you. I advise people not to use this place, I had the worst experience with them stealing my money. I loaned from them and was one day late they deposited my check and it cleared that same day and they refused service the next day even though i showed proof that it cleared that same day. I am now out of four hundred dollars because of some power tripping butt munch of a woman at the Akron, ohio store. If you like being ripped of by all means visit Advance Pay USA on tallmadge avenue.
