I had a very bad experience with this location. First, I go to pay my loan off early and wasn't allowed to do that. Then they call me saying my loan was in default. Stay away from them.
I was at your Columbus location a few months ago on 2 separate times and I dealt with the same girl who was extremely rude. To the point of belittling. Upon my first visit I didn't have all of the documents needed. I needed 2 pay statements and I had only brought one. Even though you could clearly see that I had worked there the entire year she was rude and sent me on my way. I came back about a week later. She asked me if I had any other loans out and I said no.
