I sent my binoculars to be cleaned. I am so disappointed. What a rip off. They came back to me and absolutely nothing was cleaned. There is still mold or something inside the binoculars which you can see when looking through them. I called to resolve the issue and his answer was, send them back to me again and i'll clean them. well i already spent shipping them to him and back to mn. He would not even give me a partial refund.
