Was amazing under the old owners. New ones not so much won't go back again. Update: its not in your system because I wasn't able to get anything done. This wasn't under old owner, I came in late July. Stood in line, made eye contact with a middle aged gentleman we exchanged hellos. Once I was next in line a person that just walked in was called to the desk as next and i was ignored. After 6 years of going there im not taking that disrespect so I left. I just had a Devine experience at Advance Title & Tag. Its a family run business involving Dad, mom, and son. On this Christmas eve, when the business open is to purchase items for gifts, they were open and helped me with my situation in getting my vehicle registered. My experience with Viktoriya and Gary was the best service I seen in the Pocono for some time. Very refreshing and great customer base with full honesty and transparency. I highly recommend them to anyone.
