I’m very upset with the way Advances Medical handled my husbands case. He works for the City of Naples and they use this center to hire people. The crazy thing is that one doctor holds all the power. My husband was given the wrong meds for his kidney disease and he was retaining water. After getting clearance from all his doctors including medical notes they requested, they didn’t even see him. Had an Appointment and then waited one and a half hours in the exam room to be told that my gout flare was my fault. They seemed rushed and were condescending about my concerns. I wish zero stars was an option.
They’re not paying attention at what you’re explaining your concerns or problems then later nurse and doctor asking you something that you already discussed and explained with them, I came with severe pain in my neck and they got me out of there with giving two injections, all night I didn’t sleep and the pain is still the same on second day, also it cost you a lot cheaper to go to specialist than them, you get charged for unnecessary things that the insurance doesn’t pay.
