I was married on March 21 2014 and did not want to purchase a Tuxedo since I knew that I was going to gain at least 10 pounds the first week after the wedding so I decided that renting a tuxedo was the best possible option. I needed a tuxedo last minute and Men's Warehouse couldn't help me. It took about 10 minutes for Advance Formal Wear to size me and fit me with a tux. They were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone. The store is small, but the help is fantastic and the tuxedos fit great.
A great place to rent a tuxedo. Expert measurements and a wide variety of styles to choose from.. This is coupled with the very professional attitude of Brian, one of the owners. You won't be disappointed if rent or buy from Advance Formal Wear. I intend to return for my next formal event.
I went into the store to rent a tux and could not have walked out more impressed. The service was great, they were friendly and got me in and out quickly. I will definetly return there for any future needs.
Advance Formal Wear is a Staple Tuxedo store in Rockville Centre. Walked in with my fiance in Nov. 2010 and was helped by a very knowledgeable and courteous gent named Brian. Not sure if Brian was the owner but he sure proved he cared for the business as if he was. Brian fit my fiance in multiple tuxedos until I fell in love with the perfect Joseph Abboud 2 button.
