I have enjoyed banking here the past few years and my experience has always been positive. I regulary deal with the middle teller and she has always been helpful and friendly. Just today I had an issue with my account and she was able to help resolve the issue.

The service is always fast, efficient and cordial.
So I live in East Chicago & it's near my residence & really not satisfied how the teller Gail is to me .she is very rude ,makes me feel like my service is not welcome. I have to go to Schererville location cause they make me feel welcome & always are smiling & have an excellent atmosphere. I hope my voice is heard cause I shouldn't go to the drive up if I have to be disappointed in my service
