We have been working with Advance Automated Systems for over a decade now. An we could not be happier with the services they have provide to us over the years. I would recommend Brennan and Curtis to whomever is looking for great home automations company.

I was hopeful about working with Advanced Automated Systems to take over servicing a Crestron home automation system for my client, especially since they were the original installers. At first, the owner was responsive and said he’d send over all the necessary details. That communication never came. After two weeks of silence, I followed up and was told he had been on spring break but would get everything set up that week. Again, no follow-through. Encountered one of their technicians in Jupiter and he was horrendously rude while representing their company. Would never call this company. Suggest calling RCI Controls instead, they know how to treat their customers and their community!

DO NOT USE Advanced Automated Systems. They charged me an outrageous amount, which I paid, they started charging horrific prices for service that made no sense. I am fully paid up and they are holding my source files hostage, yet won't answer the phone to fix the problems I'm having. The service is horrific. I have had to engage Crestron the main company to help get my source files freed. I can't tell you what THIEFS these people are. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
