Encountered one of their technicians in Jupiter and he was horrendously rude while representing their company. Would never call this company. Suggest calling RCI Controls instead, they know how to treat their customers and their community!
DO NOT USE Advanced Automated Systems. They charged me an outrageous amount, which I paid, they started charging horrific prices for service that made no sense. I am fully paid up and they are holding my source files hostage, yet won't answer the phone to fix the problems I'm having. The service is horrific. I have had to engage Crestron the main company to help get my source files freed. I can't tell you what THIEFS these people are. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Never used these guys for anything but one of thier drivers swerved around me and cut me off this morning while I was on my way to drop my daughter at school with her in the car.
