Anushka S, at store no#08801 in Alexandria , VA was so awesome at her job. the service, ENERGY she provided was impeccable. normally the rotation of people is to much sometimes. But this lady is a keeper. I bought a air filter for a 2003 F-150.

I purchased a screw extractor from this store, and the quality was extremely poor. The tool broke while I was using it for the first time, which is unacceptable for a product like this. When I went back to the store to return it, I was told that only exchanges are allowed and no refunds would be provided. If the product quality were good, there wouldn’t be a need for a return in the first place. Needed a battery, but Advance Auto on Citadel in Aiken, SC seems to be more interested in hosting food trucks than selling auto parts. Not a single parking space was available and there was a line of about 20 waiting at the food truck that was parked across five or six spaces. Must be nice for the employees to get paid without actually working. I bought the battery I needed at Auto Zone.
