Advance Auto Parts sold me two bad batteries in a row. The first one I bought in 2023 didn’t even last a year. They replaced it in 2024, and that replacement battery failed again in 2025 after only nine months. That is not normal—that is a product quality problem. When I called customer service, Tanya was polite and professional. But the supervisor Miles was one of the most disrespectful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. Refuses to honor warranty.
Bought an electronic part that was bad, They replaced it with a bad part and promised to refund the money when we bought a good part from NAPA. Their part was fine. Your store and your rep at National refused a refund or store credit. Shameful.
I will NEVER shop at advance again. This customer service line is terrible. They blocked my number when I was asking for a refund, I had to call them on no caller id.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ADVANCE THEY SAID LIFETIME WARRANTY. WAS JUST TOLD THERE LIFETIME WARRANTY IS 50,000 MILE 3 TO 5 YEARS. DOES NOT MATTER WHAT MONROE OR ANY OTHER MANUFACTURER SAYS, INCLUDE WATERPUMPS, STARTERS, ALTERNATOR, RADIATOR, ANYTHING. Edit: customer satisfaction Too many other places to get parts, why lose a good customer? Also my truck only has 139,653 miles on them
