I love this place ! They are always there when I need them. The manager K. is fantastic! She is always friendly, no judgment s, makes me feel comfortable-works FAST! I work in Dallas and if stuck in traffic she will wait a few min for ME! Shame on you people who gripe about these places -DO AS THEY SAY- PAY OFF IN COUPLE MOS!! The Burleson, TX office has used many illegal practices for collection and harassment. Pulling in front of my mothers car and getting out and harrassing her. The ladies name starts with a B, since I cannot mention her full name. And she gives a whole new meaning to the word harassment, she stated a false amount that my mother owes. I have already checked it out with the OCCC and reporting them. Do not go here, very unprofessional !!
