Ms. Littlejohn was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the whole process and made sure I was set up with online access and everything I needed before I left the store. It was a pleasure working with her and I recommend paying her a visit if you need alittle extra help.
If you haven't came to Shelishea Littlejohn at Advance America in Aiken SC then you're most definitely missing out. You'll have to come in to believe it, the service is that great. Don't take my word, take the trip.
I had a really good experience with Advance America's customer service representative Ms. Debbie. She was professional, courteous and excellent at explaining all of the company's regulations regarding a monetary loan. I was able to secure my loan with no hesitation or problems. I highly recommend Advance America.
