The customer service and online services are the absolute worst. There recommendation to use the online application has been a nightmare. Wrong payday, overdrew my account, have the money to repay loan but they won't accept. Meanwhile my family is hungry and I'm out an overdraft fee to boot. Will never use Advance America again. I would rather sit on hold with the cable company while having a root canal done.
