On 3/6/25 I called this location spoke to the cashier rep JEREMY and he stated I needed to come in, to update my profile info since I haven't been there for a while and Emphasized I had till 6p. Unfortunately due to traffic I got there at 5:58 and walked into the building. Jeremy then refused to service me even though I was already physically in the building and stated that they close at 6p.
