I have been a customer for many years, always had a Great experience! Today I was honored to meet and be helped by Ericka O. What a Wonderful Employee you have, she was by herself due to another employee's illness. She not only took care of me but also answered the phone have people over the phone. Congrats to you Advance America for picking such great employees for your company!! Sincerely Ginger E.
I was surprised to find out there was a location in Palm Coast, in the Town Center shopping center. I loved the ability to go inside and talk to a human! Ericka was very helpful and made the process of getting my advance placed directly in my bank account quick and simple. Very happy with the experience at this location!!
