Customer service in the store was good. One star for that. HOWEVER, I paid off my loan last year. I am now without a title for a year. TWICE they told me the state was holding up my title. Now I have found out that the lien was never removed from my title. It looks like my title was never sent into the state and the lien was never removed. They have been researching for over a week now. I have reached out to corporate twice by email and have never received a reply.
