My husband worked for this company and on his 2nd load he was laid off because he was late to deliver. When he got done picking up his load he had 8 hours on his clock and it was 1pm in the afternoon. The trip was a 12 hour drive. He had told them he was a day driver. Well he parked with 2 hours left on his clock. The load was to be there at 8 am. He started driving after his 10 hours was up. The thing is now he hasn't got paid for his first load. I wander if he will ever get a paycheck from this company.
