I've had nothing but positive experience with ACMI. First contact in 2008, I am on my third Case Mgr. My calls are always returned with in 24hrs unless actually answered by a human on the first try. I've never had to leave more than one VM. The only reason I don't give them a five star is " nobody's perfect even monkeys fall out of trees"
I visited for an employment opportunity and worked there a short time. There was no real training and the manager for billing was very discombobulated. I went to a mandatory billing session my second week and got no help, even though they told me they would want me through the different programs I needed to use to get the information. It was horrible, I received no help whatsoever.
