Only three reviews for this company and now I know why. Two of them give positive reviews of what it was like 6 or 7 years ago but this is today. I'm not happy with this company. And I understand why the other person isn't either. Might as well just have a couple cups with a string tied between them to communicate. It's a very apt metaphor.
If I could give less than one star I would. Now it all makes sense why there are only two reviews and those reviews are years old. Small time service, small-time company... Not Forward thinking, they're obviously just trying to keep up. The pony Express of communications companies. Shop around, you could do better.

What a horrible experience. Do your homework when it comes to a service like this. First of all, the guy they sent out smelled like a brewery whether that was from lunch or the day before and he didn't seem to know what he was talking about but had an occasional moment of clarity. I thought for sure that at any moment he was going to drop through the ceiling. After they sent out two additional people the next day things are working but who knows for how long.
