I worked with this company for about a month. While they list a virtual office address in the USA, they operate entirely from India. Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. This company falsely claims to have an office in Texas — it’s just a virtual address. Misleading clients by pretending to be US-based while operating entirely from India. Be cautious.
