Adrienne is a skilled therapist whose techniques have substantially relieved my neck, shoulder and back pain after just a couple of treatments. Headaches have become less frequent, I can move more freely and am sleeping better. Aching and tightness in my hips and legs has been reduced; movement in joints is freer. Overall I feel so much better and less tired. What a relief. Thank you Adrienne.
