I was sceptical at first to goto Adrienne but am so thankful I made it into her client list. After an extremely bad work experience, I’s nothing but in shambles and she’s been nothing but patient, empathetic, kind & extremely helpful with me. I’m learning to know myself & heal only cause of her. I do strongly recommend her assistance and nurturing in the journey towards healing with oneself & family.

Adrienne is simply wonderful and great at what she does, and I count myself lucky to have found her. I had seen several therapists in Montreal over the years but was not happy with any of them as most came across as being too "clinical," but Adrienne felt like a real person from my very first session with her. It’s not easy to find a therapist with whom you click. Adrienne is the one for me. She is anything but professional and a fantastic listener. I’m currently doing couple therapy. As if by magic, but really through her years of knowledge and experience, she finds just the right words and tone for our conversations so we both feel equally heard and understood. I genuinely look forward to these sessions.

My experience with Adrienne has been great. She really listens, is empathetic and non judgmental. She validated my feelings which made it easy to open up and share personal issues happening in my life. Adrienne provided sound advice on how to approach situations and was able to shift my mindset on things in a positive way. I would definitely recommend Adrienne.
