Would give 0 stars if I could. My new delivered sofa, bought for $6000 has a cut in the leather and the company is not ready to replace it. This is against the Australian consumer laws. Please no one ever buy from these people. They won't honour their promise of delivering what they promised they would. Absolute joke the service at this store! Purchased a whole heap of furniture back in beginning of August and was told my dining table would arrive in 2-3 weeks. Fast forward 8 weeks and several attempts at getting the store to give me an updated ETA. Numerous emails- no response. Call the store- told they would call me back with an answer- no call back!
