Had a knot in my back and my normal masseuse was on holidays. Needing relief booked in to see Adrian and he quickly went to work releasing the tension through massage and cupping felt relief by end of it and also showed me some stretching exercises to help prevent further issues in that area of the back. Would use again.
Nicest guy you’ve ever met. Cupping, TENS, Bowen, muscle PNF - he does the works. Don’t walk out feeling bashed and bruised (but he says he can do that as well if you want!). A cross between a physiotherapist, acupuncture and massage. A++
There is nothing Adrian dosent know. I think he is great. I have been in so much pain and unable to move and Adrian has always been there for me. He has achieved amazing results for me I never thought possible.
