I been having a few issues with my calves while running and after my first massage with Adriana which focused on my legs, she used trigger pointing technique to relieve my tight muscles. On my next 10k race I didn’t feel my calves tighten or any pain. She will focus on your specific area of concern. Adriana is amazing and more importantly a lovely person...high 5! :)
