If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I explicitly explained the case to the secretary BEFORE I paid for the service. She made me pay for a consultation (at a certain time) and did not even answer the first FOUR calls; called off another number then finally answered. Just to tell me they don’t “handle” cases like these (AFTER explaining why I needed their service and saying they can help.) They knowingly stole my money and my time. They don’t have integrity or human decency.
