This is not intended for brokerage rather one agent Marchello Urciuoli. As the news came out about Mortgage Brokers committing fraud, I think it is very simple - MONEY & GREED. That is what makes Realtors and Mortgage Brokers do what they do and its not all of them but few like Marchello Urciuoli.
